💳Flexible Payment Options:
Secure your spot with a 50% deposit (for bookings over $500). The remaining balance is due 72 hours before departure. You have the option to provide another card for the remainder balance, or we’ll automatically charge the balance 72 hours prior to departure using the card you used for the initial deposit. (Just select deposit before checkout)

Take the NY Waterway Ferry from World Financial Center (15 minutes). Ferry runs every 30 minutes.
Parking
Free parking available at the marina. Lot opens 30 minutes before first tour.
What To Wear
Swimsuit underneath comfortable clothes (you will get splashed)
Secure footwear (water shoes, sneakers, or sandals with straps)
Sunglasses with a strap (highly recommended)
Avoid loose items that can fly off

Arrive 15 minutes early.
This gives us time for check-in, safety briefing, and getting you fitted with equipment.

High winds (25+ mph sustained)
Heavy rain or fog
Unsafe wave conditions
Free reschedule or full refund
If we cancel due to weather, you choose: pick a new date or get a 100% refund. No questions asked.

Light rain? You’re in a hot tub – it’s actually fun! Heavy storms? We’ll reschedule or refund. Safety first. We monitor weather closely and contact you 24 hours before.
Peak bloom is typically late March to early April (dates vary yearly). Book EARLY – cherry blossom cruises sell out weeks in advance. We cruise the Tidal Basin for best views.
Yes, we provide towels. But bring extras if you want – especially for larger groups.
