Secure your spot with a 50% deposit (for bookings over $500). The remaining balance is due 72 hours before departure. You have the option to provide another card for the remainder balance, or we’ll automatically charge the balance 72 hours prior to departure using the card you used for the initial deposit. Liberty Landing Marina
1 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305
From Manhattan
Take the NY Waterway Ferry from World Financial Center (15 minutes). Ferry runs every 30 minutes.
Parking
Free parking available at the marina. Lot opens 30 minutes before first tour.
What To Wear
Swimsuit underneath comfortable clothes (you will get splashed)
Secure footwear (water shoes, sneakers, or sandals with straps)
Sunglasses with a strap (highly recommended)
Avoid loose items that can fly off
Check-In
Arrive 15 minutes early.
This gives us time for check-in, safety briefing, and getting you fitted with equipment.
What happens at check-in:
Sign waiver (can be done online beforehand)
Get fitted for life jacket
15-minute safety briefing & jet ski orientation
Practice in calm water before heading out

Able to swim (basic)
To Ride as Passenger:
Age 12+ (with adult driver)
Weight limit: 350 lbs combined

Weather Policy
Your safety is our priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and will reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
We reschedule for:
Lightning or thunderstorms
High winds (25+ mph sustained)
Heavy rain or fog
Unsafe wave conditions
Free reschedule or full refund
If we cancel due to weather, you choose: pick a new date or get a 100% refund. No questions asked.
Questions?
You must be at least 18 years of age to come on a Hot Tub Boat tour. Children must be at least 10 years old to come on a tour accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We have two hot tubs, each seating 10 people comfortably. If you book a Single Private Hot Tub Boat tour, you will have your own tub with a 10-person max. When booking a Full Private Hot Tub Boat tour (both tubs), there is a 20-passenger maximum.
Passengers (21+) are permitted to consume alcohol (beer, wine, champagne or hard seltzers only) on board.
We provide ice, coolers, cups, and water at no additional charge. You can bring towels or rent from us. Each tub has a dedicated sound system which you are welcome to connect to via Bluetooth.
The tour experience for our New York excursion is 90 minutes in length. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in.
